Terms of Service

Mane is a hair care routine tracker published by Sim Studio (“we”, “us”). By using the app you agree to these terms.

Mane helps you track hair care treatments, take progress photos, and receive AI-powered insights. It is an informational tool, not a medical service. Nothing in the app constitutes medical advice. Always consult a healthcare professional before starting or changing any treatment.

Mane offers weekly and annual subscription plans. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and managed by your Apple ID.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
• Free trial eligibility is determined by the App Store and applies once per Apple ID.

You retain ownership of all content you create in Mane, including photos and routine data. By using the AI analysis features, you grant us a limited license to process your photos and data through our third-party AI provider (Anthropic) solely to deliver the analysis results to you.

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or use the app for any unlawful purpose.

You can delete your account at any time from the Profile tab. This permanently removes all your data, including photos, from our servers. Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through the App Store.

Mane is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including reliance on AI-generated content. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
